Tzatziki

Ingredients

  • 16oz firm yogurt
  • 8 persian cucumbers, chopped coarsely
  • 2tbs olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • handfull of fresh dill
  • 6 cloves garlic, peeled & chopped coarsely

Preperation

  1. Dump it all in your food processor (except the cucumbers)
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Add cucumbers
  4. Pulse it a few times until you have a chunky paste
  5. Refrigerate over night
